Initial arrangements were easy. Dealing with the driver chosen was not as easy. Because he didn't indicate the size of his truck, we ended up with an inconvenient pick-up spot; a much closer one would have sufficed because his truck was not very big. Then, he did not communicate once he was on the road and was late in delivering the car. The whole deal with the hand-off of keys was also awkward. I would probably use the service again but would know a lot better what to do. ShipaCar Direct could do a much better job guiding customers in how to deal with the drivers.
