This was my first time using a car transport. My car was shipped from the East Coast to the West, so they said it would take about 6 to 10 days. I figured it would be more towards 10 days because it was going such a long distance and had other vehicles, so I didn't mind the wait. I was pleased to find out, my car arrived in 8 days and undamaged. I received a call from the driver a day before it was to be picked up and a day before it arrived to the new location. This gave me enough time to prepare for the pick up/drop off. And the individual gave me a 3 hour time frame of when the driver would be there which was very convenient. I wasn't waiting around the whole day wondering when I would get a call. The price they told me from the beginning didn't change, no hidden fees or anything; and the price was fair. Each person I spoke to was very nice and friendly. They sent several emails with information on how to take pictures of the car using their free app and phone numbers to call for any questions 24/7, which was very helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend and use this service again in the future! :)
