Ship a car Direct was great about staying in contact with me throughout the entire process. It was nice to have Eve walk me through the whole process and the carrier who transported my vehicle was very responsive and friendly. The only downside was that he didn’t have experience delivering in the city and so it was a bit difficult coordinating and I had to pick up at 3 am outside my apartment. Other than that, great experience and I would use this service again!
