Shipped a car from Southern California to Pennsylvania. Jennifer was my "go-to" person. She was patient and informative about the car shipping process. She provided realistic expectation, such as letting me know there was a 1-3 day window for when the car would be picked up. I appreciated her honesty and felt like Ship A Car was a transparent company that I could trust. The currier picked up the car a day earlier then then estimated date. This was not an issue as I had expected a possible variation in the dates. As the car was being transported I called for updates, which were somewhat difficult to get. Then I called the day before the estimated delivery date and was told the car would be delivered a day later then estimated. Again, this was not an issue because it was somewhat expected and I had prepared. The car was VERY dirty when I was delivered - but that can be cleaned off. Overall we had a great experience and will use this Ship A Car again.
