Jennifer was great to work with. She was easy to get a hold of if I had questions and always took her time to thoroughly answer them. The currier came a day early and dropped off car a day late - not a big deal though. Jennifer prepared me for this possibility so I had expected it - therefore it wasn’t a big deal. Besides being VERY dirty, my car was in good condition when I received it. The whole process was easy!
