I used Ship a Car Direct to ship my car I just purchased out of state. I chose them over other shipping brokers because I saw online how the owner of the company reached out to those that had had complaints to make sure their issues were resolved. I was fortunate that my shipping experience was perfect. I had to be patient for the right transport company to pick up my deal, but when it did everything went perfectly accordingly to what was expected. My driver trucked the car on an open carrier but his equipment tied to each wheel not to the body or suspension which can sometimes cause issues if tightened too hard. I use to be a car dealer and worked with many transport companies in the past. My rep from Ship a Car Direct was courteous and responded back to me when I had questions. I would recommend this company to anyone.
