I had my car transfer from Wisconsin to California. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. The driver (Kevin) did an excellent job, he is very polite and professional. He communicated very well and kept me informed the pick up and drop off time. The main office also did an ok, the main customer service guy (Scott) can be difficult to reach. But they have a main line where you can call and ask questions. Overall, I will give the driver 10/10 and the customer service 8/10
