I got scammed from another company so I turned to google for the top rated shipping companies and this one popped up. Just from looking at the website all the questions I had and worries were answered from the content on their webpage, lesson learned but half of the shipping companies don't put all the info out there like they should, and it's important to look up the DOT # (think that's what it's called) and I had no clue what that was with the first company. Took a chance and Renee was with me every step of the way, communication was on point with emails and phone numbers, also the fee was cheaper then some companies. Once my carrier was scheduled I got his direct number and spoke with him the whole time and that was reashuring, my car came earlier then expected and everything was fine, I just paid an extra $100 because we had what looked like over 100lbs in house hold goods, not only that all of the videos on the website helped explain how everything works.
