I had to get my car from VA to SF, CA. John was my contact. He always kept me posted, answered my questions, and kept me comfortable. It took 3 days for my car to get to san francisco. It was very fast. They have a good system and john is always on top of it.
The only minor issue for me was, i was expecting a 2-3day window for pickup but it was 4 days from my requested day. Also they said they were coming at 9-11am but came around 8pm. Luckily someone was home.
