I originally went with a different family-owned company. They did not respond to my requests for info and after 5 days I forced them to cancel the contract.
Talked with Scott at Ship-A-Car, within 5 hours my car was on a truck, the driver called me twice and texted me 3 times with updates.
Perfect!
