The car shipping experience was great. Communication from Ship a Car direct was fantastic and my car made was shipped to the final destination in perfect condition. The only thing that was not communicated was the time during the day of the pickoff and dropoff from the actual shipper. I had to call and i thought he would at least be able to provide a timeframe for the pickup/delivery. For example, i called the date of the delivery and could only get a timeframe of "night". Could not get a time window. So i recieved my car at 830 on a sunday night. It wouldve been helpful to expect a window or get updates on the day of dropoff
