Great communication from Ship a Car DIrect

I had great communication with Ship a Car Direct. However, their carrier was not good at communicating. They sent me an email saying a future date without providing a time frame. When I called them, no one responded or contacted me back. I was unsure whether or not they were still coming on the date provided and no one was telling me if they were coming. The carrier called me while I was at work and said they would at my home in 30 minutes and luckily, my work was flexible and let me go home to get my car. Overall, it was really poor communication from the carrier. However, when the carrier arrived, it was really smooth and they brought the car across the US with no hassle, so despite the communication problems, it was still an overall positive experience.
