The communication was solid, and in the end the car was delivered in fine shape as promised. They gave me a phone number for the shipper(a single Russian truck driver with a very nice car hauler) but the person there no longer worked for that driver, they did however pass along the contact info to pick up the car, something I thought was missing from the Ship a Car Direct process. I am filling this out to get a $30 rebate.
