I shipped about 900 miles to a family member. The pick up process couldn't be easier. I had to meet the driver in an open area since I have restricted streets and it was a 5 minute process. The delivery was just as easy. I would suggest you get the delivery drivers phone number to validate the timing. We did (Carl) and it was simple and the driver couldn't be any nicer.
