I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again! My experience was awesome! Both their customer service & PICA rep (John & Jerry) were superb & communicated with me every step of the way. I felt well informed regarding my next steps throughout the process, from scheduling, to car pick up, to how I should take car photos before & after the pickup/drop off (which their time stamped & location stamped app makes it very easy), to delivery. When I had questions, John, the customer service rep was quick to reply back and answer my questions during the week & weekend. The carrier they used, Star auto and the driver, Alex, were excellent as well! I would definitely use both Ship-A-Direct and the carrier again. I’ve had to get my car transported in the past but this is the first time I had such a smooth and pleasant experience! Everything was on time and better than expected. Best of all, they communicated so well that I felt at ease and informed every step of the way! Highly recommend!
