Great and timely responses from those in charge of finding a driver and determining a pickup time and location. I changed my pickup maybe 3 times, each time they were more than willing to accommodate. Car shipped from CA to NY in exactly 5 days. Car was in perfect condition on arrival and driver kept in contact during the whole trip. Highly recommend ship a car direct.
