We shipped our Hyundai Elantra from Maryland to Arizona. We initially got in touch with Scott. Scott was courteous and informative. Although his phone is often busy, he would return our important call. We got a call from a carrier, but the date that the carrier wanted to pick the car was inconvenient for us. Scott and Schipacardirect worked with us to get a different carrier to pick up the car on a different date. After the car was picked up, we got emails to check on our experience. Very customer oriented. The pickup and delivery went as scheduled. The driver of the carrier (Karnab Transportation) was very polite and professional. Overall, we were satisfied with Shipacardirect and Karnab Transportation. We should mention that we first signed up with a different company and got a low quote. However, when they found a carrier, the price went up. We thought that this was dishonest. With shipacardirect, we paid what was quoted. Honesty is important to us.
