Overall an excellent experience. Very professional and clear about the entire process from the beginning, and always accessible for questions. This is the second time I've shipped a car and everything about the process was smoother using Ship a Car Direct. Plenty of updates as to pickup and delivery dates, and the driver was professional and courteous as well. I would absolutely use them again the next time I need to ship a car.
