I was not familiar with Ship A Car Direct until I moved to the east coast. Replies were fast and informative. They were able to assign a driver to pick up my car after 24 hrs. I received updates via emails, texts, and calls which helped a lot to let me know the whole procedure. Pricing was not bad at all. Expected for cross country shipment. Drivers kept in touch to update me as well. All in all, Im happy with the service. My car was picked up on a Tuesday night and was delivered on Saturday morning. Total recommendation!
