You can not go wrong with Ship A Car Direct Just bought a brand new Lexus SUV here in Fort Worth and need to ship the vehicle to Bothell, Washington, went on to the transportation review website and got quota from about 10 different companies. I've been shipping 6 cars in the past 4 years and pretty much know how this industry work. after checking with the review and decided to call Ship A Car Direct. Scott answer the call and took his time carefully explaining to me how everything work and when I decided to go with them, he took the order and within a hour I got an email confirming the pick up date/ name of the trucking company/ driver's info The driver called about 90 minutes before arrive of the pick up location to inform me his arrival time, and pick up the SUV, 4 days later the driver called again to let me know the arrival time to the destination. few hours later I got email from Ship A Car Direct to let me know what to to if there's any problem with my car ( even gave me a app if I should make a claim).. The car got there perfectly fine other than a little dusty from the traveling. the driver was VERY Courteous and professional. no issues at all. This has been the BEST experience I've had. Thank you Scott for making this a TRULY WORRY FREE experience for me. Ship A Car Direct will always be my #1 choice if I need to ship car again
