When I contacted Ship a Car Direct I really didn't know much about how to go about hiring a company to ship a car. They made it easy. The initial contact was Renee who explained everything to me. She referred me to videos on their website that explained everything. Everything they said happened the way they said it would. They within 24 hours they identified a carrier and gave me their contact number so I was able to call them. Everybody was courteous which made a stressful situation not so stressful.I liked that they had $500 coverage for any damages (which I did't have to use). Other companies wanted to charge extra for that. They didn't low ball the price. You have to realize that all of the companies ultimately charge the same. Ship a Car Direct tells you the price and does not low ball you . They tell you like it is and it all works out. I don't plan on shipping another car but if I did I would use them again and I would definitely recommend them. When you call ask for Renee. She will make this process simple and easy.
