Considering my lack of knowledge of and apprehension to the whole car shipping process the task turned out fine, in spite of the fact that the carrier was 15 hours late, picking up the car during a terrible thunderstorm. He delivered about an hour late at 11 pm at night which was disconcerting with all that cash in hand on a dark deserted street. Mine was the last car on and the first off so the cross country delivery was speedy. Renee with ShipACarDirect was good to work with although the initial estimate was exceeded. Shipping the car gave me the freedom to fly to my destination visiting friends and relatives along the way.
