We needed to ship my daughter's car to her at college. We had never shipped a car before, so we were a little nervous about the process. Using Ship a Car Direct went very smoothly. I had a few questions about the bid process, so I called the contact number. A real person answered the phone and quickly answered all my questions. The carrier arrived on time and delivered on time. Couldn't have been easier!
