Everyone on the Ship-a-Car Direct team was wonderful. They kept me informed every step of the way and when I had questions, their customer service team was immediately available. I also had the opportunity to meet my driver the day of pick up and felt comfortable that Billy would deliver my Fiat to CA no problem, and no problem it was indeed! When I picked up my car, it was just as I left it before the pick up...in perfect condition! A big thanks to the entire team!
