Service was pretty hassle free. Got a quote online, set up the appointment for pick-up online. Got a call from the driver about pick-up time. Went over prior scratches on the car, took pictures of my car before it was loaded on the carrier. Days later the driver called about an hour before he delivered my vehicle at my house. The car was a bit dirty from the trip, but no damage. Handed him cash, signed and my car was there safe and sound. I also had items in the trunk of the car, less than 100 pounds, all were accounted for. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend. I did get some lower quotes, but was happy to pay more for a service that seemed to have lots of good ratings, and most carriers don't. So give these guys a try.
