Previously, using another auto transport company, our vehicle sat on the boards for months with no movement - and no phone calls reaching back to us explaining why there was no movement. We called Ship a Car Direct (SaCD) with one week to move a vehicle and immediately were informed why there was no movement. In one week, our vehicle was selected and on its way. David (SaCD) stayed on top of our order the entire time and confirmed everything we needed, even when it was down to the very last day to move the car. We'll use SaCD again and recommend it to anyone looking to move a vehicle.
