The overall process for shipping worked out. The drivers involved were friendly. The car was picked up on the scheduled day and arrived within the scheduled window. It would be nice to have an app or web page that tracked pick up and arrival times. I had to call in to verify the pick up time when no one from the carrier contacted me. The people at shipacardirect were helpful in finding out the schedule after I called them. I am being offered a $30 rebate to fill out the survey.
