This was my second time using " ship a car direct" to ship my car. My car was delivered without any damages and issues. Ron picked up my car a day late than intended, but it was no problem at all. The drivers were nice. My only complaint will be communications with the carrier and customer service from them. The lady that pick up the phone was EXTREMELY rude in both occasion when I called when asking information about when my car will be picked up. Other than that everything went smoothly. Will definitely recommend "ship a car direct".
