I cannot say enough good things about "Ship A Car Direct"! From quote to delivery, the customer service and communication were truly exceptional. They even provided an app for me to take pictures of the car before pickup and after delivery. "ETA Trans, Inc." was the actual carrier. Joe called me the evening before delivery to advise of ETA window. The delivery was much later than stated but he advised that he had had a flat tire about 2 1/2 hours away and it took much longer to fix than he anticipated. He did send me two texts updating the ETA throughout the day.
