From quote to delivery, the customer service and communications from "Ship a Car Direct" were just wonderful. They even provided an app to take pictures of the car before pickup to document the condition of the car. I would not hesitate to use them again or to highly recommend them. "ETA Trans, Inc." was the hauler (Joe), and they also did a great job. Delivery was some hours late, but he advised he had a flat tire 2 1/2 hours away and it took quite a while to get it fixed. Stuff happens so I gave him a decent tip anyway.
