I had my car shipped from VA to CA. Due to lack of car transport companies willing to take the car, it took over 2 weeks from the date I originally requested and the cost of the shipping increased by $400. However, David kept me updated daily until we were able to find the carrier. Overall, process was easy and straightforward. I would use the service in the future if I don't have a dead line to meet.
