I submitted my request and within 24 hours my car was assigned a carrier, who was then able to pick it up later that day. This was during a very slow time of the year when there weren't many carriers out there. Yet, I still was assigned one. I especially liked dealing with my contact (Matt) at the home office who was extremely helpful and stayed in great contact with me throughout the process. The overall price was slightly higher than another company I got an estimate from (Direct Express), but I never heard back from them with an assigned carrier.
