I shipped my car from VA to CA and I read so many horrendous reviews regarding other shipping car companies (i.e.: driver not showing up, charged extra) who gave me better rates than shipacardirect. However, I went ahead and talked to shipacardirect and they reassured me they would keep in touch and always answered my calls when I called as well as the transportation company. I was kind of a pain in regards to the schedule but they did their best to accommodate with my asks. The only reason I gave a 4/5 because the man who originally was supposed to pick up my car didn’t speak any English and was impossible to understand. It was much earlier than when I wanted my car to be picked up but they got me a guy to pick it up on the date I needed it to be picked up on.
