I found Ship a Car Direct on an internet search. I shipped a car from MN to Tucson. John was my contact and explained the process from start to finish. They have an app to upload pictures of your car when shipped and again when dropped off. They accepted the pictures by email as well, and are available by email, chat and phone- and I used every method. The car was picked up and dropped off on the days they said they would. The owner/operator was very professional and very personable. and did a complete walk around the car and made note of any and all chips, dents, scratches etc. and left me a copy and the receiver of the car just compared to their copy. The entire process was well explained and very easy-absolutely no stress. I am not sure how it could have been improved.
