I chose Ship-a-Car-Direct because I found their website to be informative and transparent. They helped me understand the process, which, quite frankly, was a bit overwhelming. I also appreciate the fact that they are selective about their drivers, which made me feel more secure. Then I found their customer service (my agent was Renee) to be absolutely stellar. I was in a situation where my route was not picked up by a carrier as quickly as we would have hoped. Renee made a few recommendations and initiated a small change, and it was picked up within hours. My carrier was professional and friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. I felt like I had support throughout the process. I am very, very pleased.
