I was informed at all times during the process of when things would take place. When I received the email closer to the date of pick up saying that my car was all set I was super happy. My car was picked up within my range of dates and delivered the next day. I just thought it was unbelievable! The driver was nice, cleanly dressed, careful w details and documented w pictures. The next day he called to give me an approximate arrival time which he made on time. I was happy to get my car so quickly and gave him a good tip. I would definitely contact Scott again to take care of my car when I move again. Thank you soooo much!! I would recommend Ship a car direct to all the people I like!
