I was very concerned with all the reviews I read about various car transport companies and the nightmares people had experienced. I was disappointed that the price did jump $200 at time of pick-up when I had given the information well over a month before the needed pick-up date. Scott was very clear that the bid price was not necessarily what a trucker would accept at the time of pick-up and that February is a bad time to get truckers from Houston to Green Bay. The trucker that did the haul was prompt and did a great job. Only reason I am not giving an overall of 5 is the price jump. I would use them again.
