This is the second time that I have used Ship-a-Car Direct and both times I had great experiences. I was a little nervous not having a pick up scheduled 3 days before I had to leave the state but in the end it all worked out well. The contract person John was responsive and followed up in a timely manner. Overall, I would use the company again if needed/
