I was a little nervous and hesitant to ship my car at first, but I ended up being surprised at how easy it was. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the shipping process. My customer service rep was helpful and there to answer any questions. The driver was very friendly and made it easy to work out a drop off location and time. Overall, they made the process as simple and painless as possible and the cost was fair. I was delighted to have had my car moved halfway across the country without hassle or worry and I would trust them with my car again.
