I had a good experience with Ship A Car Direct. John was very helpful in explaining the process and answering all of my questions. I had never shipped a car before. I had a two day window when we needed the car to arrive in the Los Angeles area. Ship A Car Direct was able to connect me with a reliable transport company that they had worked with before. The car was picked up on the scheduled day. We met the transport driver in a large parking lot 15 min away. The transport driver was professional and stayed in contact with me to coordinate the pick-up of the car and then in Los Angeles, the day and time for the drop off. The car was delivered to me in Los Angeles within my two day window. The car was dirty after the drive through Arizona, but that is to be expected with an open transport. The car was not damaged and the contents that we had packed in the car were all there and undamaged. I was very happy with my experience.
