The whole process from quote to delivery was easy. John and the whole support group was very thorough and responded quickly to any emails or texts. Unfortunately the windshield became cracked during transport (we already had a chip on another part of the windshield) but we didn't see it until after the driver had left and we had already signed the shipping document. So that 's all on me. I'm sure SACD would have assisted if necessary.
