Overall was very happy with Ship a Car Direct. Was picked up quickly and delivered ahead of schedule. Vehicle was dirty upon delivery, but understandable for an open carrier in January. John was extremely pleasant to work with. Driver was very professional and pleasant. Communication was a little difficult due to a language barrier but he was very accommodating and delivered according to plan. Would use this company again as well as recommend them to others.
