I am being issued a $30 rebate to submit this review, AND I have not problem sharing honestly that Matt was straight forward, honest, clear, and supportive. I feel taken care of and I recommend Ship A Car Direct. The app and customer service that Matt and his team provide is reliable and trustworthy. I do recommend washing your car before taking the "before" pictures, and washing it again after arrival to ensure no damages were incurred. The carrier that Matt used was professional and very kind.
