Ship A Car Direct and especially their representative Kosta kept me informed at all times. I had contacted 3 companies to help in the transport of our vehicle and Ship A Car Direct was the only company that could find a driver to take our truck from Texas to Portland. Kosta kept me informed throughout the process and even rebated part of their fee because it was taking longer than expected to find a transport. Once they found the transport, the driver contacted us and was in constant contact from that moment until he delivered our truck on time in Portland. The trucking company ABP Logistics and especially their driver, Roman, were very courteous and got our son's truck to him in great shape. It was an overall great experience and I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct.
