I had a great experience with Ship a car direct and it's representative MATT, earlier I have worked with someone in the team called Karen she was also super nice. Matt was professional and knowledgeable, my pick up date for the car was 1st of January it was picked up a little late which I can understand due to the holiday season and the winter, which was not an issue for me, but I got the car in my hand one day before the estimated date of delivery that way I am very satisfied with the delivery.
Now it was shipped through a trucking company called JB brothers. Car was in good shape but during the pick up I had almost 250miles equivalent of Gas in my car but when I received it at Kirkland Washington I had only 60 miles equivalent of Gas, which I felt something wrong in JB brotherscompany's side. Other than that everything was very good.
And I would recommend everyone to work with shipacardirect.com and Matt.
