I've used Shipacar to ship cars 4 times across country (CA>TX then TX> WA) and overall their service is pretty good. Eve is much better than the person I worked with before, who I've been told has left the company. Eve is super responsive, very helpful, and really cares about getting your car shipped withing your time frame. The actual shipping totally depends on the driver that picks your car up. For his shipment from TX> WA, it was over the holidays so understandably took longer. The driver was good at communicating with me but had an additional delay because his tractor trailor had issues and had to be fixed in a shop one day. Otherwise, having shipped in the summer and winter, I had no idea that winter shipping would make the car extremely dirty in an open truck. My car was covered in mud from top to bottom such that rain alone wouldn't wash it away- needed scrubbing off. The driver said that's the downside of winter shipping. Lesson learned.
