Car was picked up a day late, but good communication worked everything out for me. I was staying at a hotel before my move, and they were able to pick it up at the hotel after I caught my flight. Delivery guy came on time. Car was a little dirty when it arrived, but wasn't too bad. Was about what I would have expected from an open carrier. Always answered my calls. Had a nightmare experience with a different company, but I would use ship a car direct again!
