There were fires all over California when we were shipping our car so I cannot penalize them for picking up the car a day late. Kosta was amazing. He understood we were shipping this car for our son, who is a very young adult and was by himself in California. Kosta was available at all times for me and his followup was incredible. The driver delivering our car was also very courteous and a pleasure.
