I organized the order with David. He was super kind and sweet. Very personable and able to get in touch with him at any time! Everything was on time as far as pick up and delivery went. Except for the estimated delivery date was off by a day and I wasn't able to get in touch with my hauler to keep me updated, and the customer service agent was supposed to be in touch with me after trying to reach the hauler and never did. But my car came the day after the estimated date. I was very pleased with the process, and would definitely go through them again.
