My driver was professional, courteous, and reachable. He did a great job.
My contact person, on the other hand, said he would be able to agree to my requested earlier pickup schedule, which he did. My work contract was ending a week earlier than expected. He also told me he could schedule a truck toward the end of my pickup week so I would have my car for work as long as possible.
The very next day he said my car would be picked up on Monday rather than the end of the week, and he bumped my price.
My car arrived intact with everything I packed in it untouched.
